School Forced Girl to Write Apology Letter to her Rapist

A Missouri school is being sued for some of the most disturbing allegations in recent memory: according to the suit, officials not only disregarded a girl’s rape claim, but forced her to deliver an apology letter to her alleged attacker. Then the same student raped her again.

This is unforgivable. This poor girl is mentally handicapped and she was forced into writing this apology letter because her psychological profile indicated that she would do anything to be considered normal. I cant believe this.
